Returns and Refund Policy

Our customers are our number one priority, and we pride ourselves on providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

At  Loves Glove, our philosophy is very simple: if you are not happy, we are not happy. We feel it is crucial to go the extra mile to  give you full confidence in every order that you place. For this reason, we decided to implement a 90 days return policy . Please read the full policy carefully to understand it completely. We value your business, and we understand that shopping online can make product selection more difficult. In an attempt to make your shopping experience easier, we provide a wide variety of information for each product that we sell, from “How to” guides to materials and textures to measurements  and actual-size images. It is our intention to supply our customers with as much information as needed to make an informed purchase decision. Therefore, we encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase.

We at Loves Glove want you to know how important you are to us, so we have created a one month ‘Questions-Asked’ Return Policy to put your mind at ease when buying from our site.  

You have 30 days from your order delivery date to return any item, for any reason. This means that if you receive your product and you do not like its size, color, shape, or function, you can return it as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging, unused, unworn and with the hygienic seal unbroken.

Furthermore, you have 14 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. As part of our high customer satisfaction standards,  any item verified as defective will be replaced.

You have 7 days from your order delivery date to report any prosthetic items that do not fit. Such items may be exchanged for a different size, provided item is unworn and unused.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages.

How to make a return:

Contact customer service to submit a support ticket. Please include the following information:

  1. Your order number, name and email address.
  2. Products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

When can I expect my credit and/or replacement?

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit and/or replacement.

 

*All returned items will be hand-inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our policy or are deemed unfit for return by our trained staff of experts.

 

Data Protection

Loves Glove is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy policy. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.

 

Shipping Policy

1. Packaging, credit card statement
At Loves Glove, your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, all orders are shipped discreetly delivered in envelopes. The name “Loves Glove” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.


2. Delivery Standard: $10.00
All delivery options include Hawaii and Alaska
Shipping costs above may vary in some cases. Extra charges may be applied to bulky, over-sized, or heavy items; the charges are reflected on the product page and in the shopping cart.


(*)  It is important to us that you receive your order in the most timely and efficient manner; therefore, it is our policy that all orders will be sent out as soon as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for service commitments by the courier service. Please note that if the package is sent out with ‘No Signature Required,’ the courier driver reserves the right, by the courier company’s policy, to leave the package in a place he/she deems safe without signature.  In certain cases, the delivery driver may deem an area unsafe to leave a package unattended and may opt to re-deliver the following business day.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are left unattended as a result of opting out of a required signature or for delayed delivery as a result of the delivery driver’s decision to re-deliver. Transit times are estimated by the courier service and are not guaranteed. Weekends and US federal holidays are not considered business days. Shipments are processed Monday - Saturday. All shipments will be assigned a tracking number that is automatically updated in your order account once it becomes available. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Yes, you can. Check the status of your order within your account and track it as it leaves our warehouse facilities and makes its way to your door.
What kind of packaging does my order come in? Is it discreet?
Loves Glove respects your privacy. Therefore, all our products are shipped using the utmost discretion. Your package will arrive in a non-descript envelope  
When will my order be shipped?
It is our goal to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are custom made and take from 2 to 4 days to create. shipping takes 2 to 3 business days
Do I need to sign for my order?
We might ask for a signature if you are reshipped an item or order.
